Case study–a skid steer aftermarket parts lineup that had brilliant design and function but did not have a good sales channel. In the past, the company only sold through dealerships–whose parts departments used the manufacturer as customer service and drop ship.
So while I created all new packaging, sales sheets, installation guides, and product catalog (with photography), I also instigated a brand new e-commerce sales channel with a new website. While not an easy sell to the B2B only mindset of the owners, this new sales channel gained them multiple six figures of additional sale income, while also providing an easy place for consumers, sales reps, and dealers to see product features, download installation guides, and easily see videos of products. It also gained SEO and brand recognition, opening up the brand to a whole new generation of potential customers.
