TLC Animal Nutrition had a great concept–horse owners (target audience) loved their horses, and many horses had life or career ending lameness issues. By using testimonials, TLC could provide emotional connection to the product, along with real life success stories that were impactful. TLC didn’t have large budgets that most animal health companies did, but they did have a unique product that had helped a lot of horses. The challenge was that with a small budget, and very outdated, black and white, text heavy ads, consumers didn’t always take the product seriously–for the high quality, successful product that it was. Along with consumer research, and industry experience, we revamped the ads look and feel, launched a new campaign, and an integrated online and web look, as well as updated email templates, sales and promo strategies, and endorsements. We also directed a new video, updating TLC Animal Nutrition’s vibe with customers to showcase an elite and effective premium product.
